Lisa is not a stranger to family conflict and has integrated her life experiences and education to create helpful tools, trainings, and resources for professionals working with families and parents. She is the author of Restorative Leadership™, designed Restorative Family Mediation™ training, and has built school and community based programs to improve family well-being when they are at the crossroads of high conflict.
Today, her office (The Katallasso Group) serves twelve Minnesota County Health & Human Services, sixteen Minnesota School Districts for truancy prevention, a handful of juvenile correction offices, and provides an array of restorative training with opportunities with hands-on skill-development.
Lisa's professional background includes 15 years as a family mediator and licensed pastor, child welfare nonprofit leadership, leadership development and executive coaching, 2 term board member of a Minnesota/Iowa baptist denomination, 5 years active duty Air Force, and now Founder of The Katallasso Group.
